Our helpline is here to assist you. The NAMI San Diego helpline is a telephone service for families, friends and those affected by serious mental illness. We can provide information about the classes and support groups as well as assist you with other mental health related resources.

Free, safe, confidential information, referrals, and support for peers (individuals with lived mental health experience) and their loved ones.

Our phones are staffed by family members and consumers who understand.

Appointments can be made to talk to somebody.
Walk-In's without an appointment may not be seen.
